Spinal Reflex System

Spinal Reflex Points are specific locations along the spine that correspond to different organs, muscles, and systems in the body. These points are used in various natural health modalities. They include Kinesiology, Reflexology, Chiropractic Care, and Acupressure. These techniques help assess and balance the body’s energy flow. The spine houses the spinal cord, which connects to the nervous system. Each vertebra has nerve roots that extend to different parts of the body. Stimulating certain spinal reflex points can affect related organs, muscles, and glands.

Cervical Spine (C1-C7) – Neck & Head: Influences the brain, eyes, ears, sinuses, thyroid, and upper body circulation.

Thoracic Spine (T1-T12) – Chest & Abdomen: Affects heart, lungs, stomach, liver, pancreas, kidneys, and digestion.

Lumbar Spine (L1-L5) – Lower Back & Pelvis: Related to intestines, reproductive organs, bladder, and legs.

Sacrum & Coccyx – Pelvic Floor & Nervous System: Influences lower limb circulation, sciatic nerve function, and energy grounding.
