Muscle Origin and Insertion System

This balancing technique allows us to manually stimulate or “wake up” an unlocked muscle. This muscle will not respond to other energy balancing techniques. Origin of the muscle. This is the broad end of the muscle attached to the non-moving bone. The insertion is the narrow end of the muscle attached to the moving bone. When a muscle has been overworked or strained, the circulation and lymph drainage systems are overloaded. Minute tearing or damage to the muscle fibers near the bone can occur, and this turns off the muscle’s strength. This is one cause of the pain and stiffness experienced after unaccustomed exercise.
